The A&M System Council for Academic Technology and Innovative Education (CATIE) supports the educational mission of the System members in matters related to technology use in the design, development, delivery, and assessment of courses and programs. CATIE provides collaborative strategic direction, guidance, and recommendation on technology-enriched teaching, learning, and assessment. CATIE focuses on teaching and learning technologies, policies, rules, and regulations governing the use of technology, quality assurance, integrity and compliance, collaboration to leverage resources and emerging and innovative trends and best practices as it relates to the integration of academic technology. CATIE works with other System-level councils and committees to ensure academic technology needs are met.
